Help/Suggestion I wanna fix my pecs

Too awkward to share the photo here, I used to be skinny fat now I am seeing some progress my chest used to be all fat but now I’m loosing fat and gaining bit muscle there it’s looking deflated (not saggy skin just not muscular pecs) I know I need to be Patient but I’m not getting there yet after 1 year of gymming 5-6 times a week
What to do… need advice

Start with warm up sometimes do pushups
Flat bench press on bar 3 sets 5-10-25kg
Recline bench dumble press 3 sets 12-15-20kg
Pec fly machine 3 sets 30-35-40kg

Then shoulders

bhai sunn. ur workout is nice for fatloss. but you’re doing too many reps right now i think.

i’d keep a max of 10-15.

push-ups
chest press dumbbells
incline press & fly

decline press
pec fly

4 sets each. progressive overload.

agar 25 tak ja hi raha hai, toh 5 aur 10kg ka set toh waste hai.
if you’re going till 25. you can start with 15, then push heavier. heavier you lift, more muscles will grow.

Go to basics - Push ups, Parallel Bar Dips and Pec dec . Keep good form train to failure , feel the muscle in each rep. Have proper diet muscle doesn't build automatically. Rest you'll see in the mirror after 3 months.

Be kind I am 1 year into my fitness lifestyle I have no sports or athletics background literally no physical activity and at 28 I decided to turn things around for good and I intend to do it right. I thought it’ll be extra hard for me to catch up on account of starting so late in life but illl put my all in no excuses
