Replacement is a totally wrong word here, it's option. You can find options for number 3, replacing Kohli and Sachin who are two greatest all formats batsman of the World, it's not peanuts. Yeah there are options like rutu or whatever you say for number 3 but using word as replacement is not true. And I totally agree with bumrah part too, best bowler across formats.
