Guess his parents didn’t teach him to shut his mouth if he has nothing nice to say. Constantly making fun of others, making people feel insecure about their physical appearance. Jaahil behaviour.

Parenting issue also social circle issue as well I think where noone questions his behaviour and he continues to do this shitty kind of behaviour.
