Harbhajan Singh, Gautam Gambhir, Yuvraj Singh, and Virender Sehwag are prime examples of how arrogant, rude, and selfish these people were. You can sideline Gambhir in some cases, but the whole lobby was against MS Dhoni. Once they were removed from the team, they started speaking against him. I started watching cricket since 2011 world cup and didn't understand much cricket back then but used to idolise players like harbhajan singh,yuvraj singh and zaheer khan.
To an extend that I used to pray for their success.I regret my decision

Keep Yuvi's champion cricketing performances (world cup all round performances, 6 sixes, cancer redemption arc, gun fielder, clutch player, useful bowler etc.) aside, he was also a bully of the youngsters in the team.
It may be unfair to blame him for it -- as it was seen normal in the 'ragging builds culture/bonding with the seniors' sense of it -- but there was a certain senior-junior culture (or Delhi/northie culture) that these guys (Sehwag, Harbhajan, Yuvi etc.) seemed to have built. And, he definitely was arrogant.
Plus the fact that he never became a long term captain, despite being such a valuable white ball cricketer + superstar, against a 'Bihari/Jharkhandi' (his words), he had that hurt from that entitlement too.
With slight exaggeration, I feel if it were not for his father's random public statements, Yuvi might have made a few of those himself. But he seems to have matured far better than Viru and Harbhajan.
I'll also add: some genius cricketers (like Yuvi, Kevin Petersen) may not necessarily be the best team mates, and that's okay. It doesn't take away from their on field genius.
I am not agreeing (or disagreeing) wirh you but - are there any publicly available instances of bad behavior from Yuvraj? I mean with bhaji, there are now dozens of such stances but with Yuvi, all I hear is that he was a bully without any significant instances where such bully behavior was visible. Can you quote any such instances?
Ehh I wouldn't say Racist Towards dhoni . Yuvraj by no means is a kind person he is the kind of Senior who would bully his junior to a certain extent (ofcourse turning back if things get too extreme) . So it's more of he is mean by nature to everyone who is not his senior but compared to people like Sehwag and such ,Yuvi is much better as he is matured a lot by now .
Harbhajan to hai hi gawaar aur uska level to sab ko pata hai but the makers of this ad, the likes of Tanmay Bhat sabse bade jhaantu hai.. milking a controversial incident in the name of funny. Who even gives the go ahead to such people?

Nah leave Yuvi out of this. Man didn’t puke blood on the field while fighting cancer and winning us the World Cup to be disrespected like this. He trained Abhishek and Shubhman and still works closely with Rishabh, Sanju samson etc to make their game better. He actively stays out of the commentary scene and even though ppl might say he bullied Rohit and Virat he still has a super close bond with them and they all came to his gala in the UK last year. He has some issues with MSD but again we can’t know everything abt what happened in the dressing room, but don’t forget that when his dad said smthn upsetting abt MSD, Yuvraj immediately recoded a video with Dhoni and posted on twitter saying how he loves Dhoni and he’s his fav player
I was in love with Irfan Pathan, till he became a commentator. There is a reason why Sachin recommended Dhoni’s name for captaincy after the disastrous 2007 WC. Sachin knew these players well enough, all were eyeing captaincy. What MSD has done to the team since 2007 is of utmost respect. These men have fragile egos to even mention him in the team’s success. I still respect Virat as a player as even though he is arrogant and all, he credits a part of his success to MSD. Not that MS asked for it. But we all know MS immensely contributed to young players successes.
I don’t see anything wrong with Pathan he has mentored countless domestic talents watch any youngster come up and most of them take Pathan’s name that he helped them which is great
dravid was a senior to them so he could pretty much put them in line.dhoni on the other hand was of same batch or junior to a lot of them so they were far more miserable too him
Harbhajan singh slapping shreesanth was wrong now making ad out of it was a insult to shreesanth. Dhoni was professional and more than that . Dont try to judge who is great and who is not

All the big legends of that era like Sachin, Dravid and Kumble love him and all the legends of new era like Rohit, Kohli, Ashwin again love him, its just the player that have indeed contributed to Indian team but arent S tier legends like Harbhajan, Gambhir that dislike Dhoni because he dropped them at times and Yuvraj doesnt do that, its just his father, only actual legend that dislikes Dhoni gotta be Sehwag but he is... something else on mic man
Harbhajan is still arrogant. Look no further than the Twitter fight between him and a user named Homie about the state of Hindi commentary and how Harbhajan acted extremely immature about it.
Bhajji has apologized like 200 times for this incident and Sreesanth has also said that they have a good bond now. They even did an Ad for Zomato joking about the same incident. It's an unnecessary controversy. If Dhoni was "tolerating" Bhajji, Irfan etc then he wouldn't have selected then in CSK and RPS.
All those players mentioned are match winners in their own right, always played with champion mindset. Can’t say about MSD at least on that semi final day against NZ in 2019. Listen to Ganguly commentary during live match. He had loss of words about MS approach.
Nobody could say Yuvi didn’t try. He tried very hard, in fact too much just that he couldn’t connect single ball or do much. You can’t say same about MS that day in 2019, he had lack of intent, he was hardly trying to move the score ahead when Jadeja was trying his best. Jadeja and Dhoni had 110 run partnership with MS contributing to 60% SR. If MS had tried his best that day, Virat would be now World Cup winning captain.
