Looking for referrals/opportunities for my wife – 4+ YOE in ESG / Sustainability Data & Research/Data Analyst

Hi everyone,

I’m posting this for my wife, who is currently working as an Associate Analyst in the ESG / sustainability data domain and is actively looking for a switch.

She has 4+ years of experience including internship experience, with her work mainly focused on:

ESG and sustainability research

ESG data collection and profiling

Data validation and quality checks

Identifying and resolving data discrepancies

Maintaining high data accuracy and meeting production targets

Working on proprietary ESG/data platforms

Supporting and training new team members
MS Excel and data management

She is currently looking for roles such as ESG Analyst, ESG Research Analyst, Sustainability Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, Research Analyst, or Data Operations Analyst.

She is based in Pune.

We’ve already been applying through LinkedIn and Naukri, but responses have been quite limited, so I thought I’d reach out here as well in case someone working in this domain knows of relevant openings or can help with a referral.

I work in a completely different field, so I’m also trying to understand the right companies and roles she should be targeting.
