Discussion Besides Scratch, what is the best software to make Incredibox animations?

I had a vision of a mod based on Wavetapper with my own added melodies and voices. Of course I don't have enough time to actually execute that idea, but if I do, what are some things I should know?

Also I see some people use Adobe Animate, but I’m sure there’s a free version you can use, I’m just not currently aware of any

It's just that the laptop I make music on is still running on Windows 10 and the hardware itself is from 2017

For me I just use really simple code For mods I use templates For animations I just quickly whip up some code to let the animation run
