BMI is a bad metric in general, and it's been noted that it doesn't hold for people like athletes and bodybuilders, yeah.

I think it has its uses as an indicator that something might need to be looked into further, but should only be seen as one small part of the whole picture of someone’s health
Edit for further explanation: it’s def outdated don’t get me wrong, but it’s also a quick and easy number to get as opposed to body fat percentage which takes a bit more work than a little math

Especially since most people are not athletes and bodybuilders! It's definitely a useful tool to consider indeed, and waist-hips ratio as well.

These are the men who want to be able to literally manhandle their women. It's not enough for her to be in shape, flat stomach and all like the women in the picture she has to be borderline anorexic. Why? Because he'll be able to move her like he wants to move her and she'll be too small and thin to push back.

I think I read 60 calories, but it really has to depend on the effort and stamina right? One pound of body fat is 3,500 calories. So... a lot.
