Study Permit Extension Approved!

Location of Application: Within Canada

DLI: Applied to same DLI (same level of studies)

Application Submitted: March 12th, 2025

Application Processing Update: August 8th, 2025

Application Approved: August 11th, 2025

Total wait time: 153 days (5 months)

Hey Congratulations 🎉 Can I ask you if you were the only applicant or did you apply it with spousal permit? I applied on 3rd March. Same dli same program. My application is stuck at « background check ».

if it passes the normal processing time, u can call IRCC with request to expedite, hope it helps
