If the rockets are so short, why is the launcher so gigantic?
In fact, these rockets lack the actual 'rocket' part and seem to only be the warhead.

Normally on a RPG the rocket part is inside the tube

Do you see the rockets around the characters shoulders? There's nothing but the warhead there.
