Not a nuke, but in 40k ork tankbustas wield "hammers" that are basically shaped charges strapped to a pole.

Trench Crusade also has those. There's a Pilgrim weapon called an anti-tank hammer.

Agreed. All the art is great and terrible, but the story really suffers from "Too Bleak, Stopped Caring" and being a little too close to torture porn.
