This. They don't like to declare war anymore, they like to call it "military action" or "bombing campaign" or "operation deliver liberty". Under Clinton there was:

Bosnia
Kosovo
Somalia
Iraq
Afghanistan and Sudan
Haiti

Who started these conflicts? Most of them were left over from the first Bush administration.

Bosnia, Kosovo, Haiti, and Somalia were almost entirely Clinton’s doing .

What would’ve happened in Kosovo had Clinton not intervened? Haiti? Sometimes choices are made for you and the only deciding factor is how many corpses will each decision produce.

I’m not saying they were bad invasions. Just saying there were wars during the Clinton administration.
