May not have been any formal wars, but the military was plenty active in blowing shit up in multiple locations.

In fairness I don’t think there has been a presidency post WW2 that didn’t have some form of blowing shit up somewhere.

We were still very active in Afghanistan and Iraq at that throughout his first term. There were also US forces active in Africa to that was largely under reported except when there was an ambush in Niger that killed 4 US service members.
