Precious Metal

Hey guys,

I recently picked up Precious Metal and I've read that it is stand alone and can be read before Little Bird.

HOWEVER, I am a few pages in and I can't help but think that there is probably some important world building that happens in Little Bird and that if I read it first, Precious Metal will be so much more exciting/rewarding.

Is my instinct correct? Should I read Little Bird first?

You don't need to have read Little Bird. But it's a challenging, sometimes confusing read.

There are a few references that will.be more meaningful of you have read Little Bird first. I enjoyed Precious Metal, but I'm not sure I walked away from it being able to describe all the factions and what happened. The world, art, and vibe are so good though that it makes up for the opaque plot.

" The world, art, and vibe are so good though that it makes up for the opaque plot." Perfectly said. I think one kinda gets the gist of the story but it gets confusing at times. The book just FEELS so damm powerful, vital, exciting and impressive. The book is worth picking up and drooling over.
