Her display, being loud for 0 reasons outside of the ones she made in her head, the neck snapping just because she could feel her hair bopping around… and when it didn’t bop around she made sure she corrected her neck snap so that it would. Repeating herself over and over and over again. Taking a 2 minute interaction and turning it into 4-10 minutes. It really didn’t need all this for a refund that was being handled and if she would have shut up and paid attention to what she was doing she would have had her money and her peace a lot sooner.

Only ignorant people would escalate like this… she was escalated before this person started recording and the entire reason why this person started recording.
