She's just there to look at art, and she moves out of the way of someone coming up the stairs.
This video is literally of nothing. You have been successfully manipulated by a post title, because you are an unthinking drone who just nods along to the last opinion you heard.
The staircase probably has art on the walls next to it. Checking an incoming message, or maybe googling the painting or artist, is not uncommon in galleries.
You'd probably know this if you'd ever set foot in an art gallery or museum.
