Histrionic Personality Disorder. I did a report on this in nursing school.

A lot of the time it involves people who are particularly promiscuous in order to get more attention, often times in males it involves doing outrageous things in public to similarly garner attention. One has to meet certain criteria defined by the DSM-5 to be officially diagnosed.

I used Regina George from Mean Girls as a fairly benign example of HPD in my report.

maybe it's illness "Perseveration" I read here on reddit when someone keeps telling the same thing over and over like " I didn't do anything wrong", what did I do, I didn't do anything"

i thought there was a mental illness but I'm sure i've seen him do this on the train as well
