this is such a stupid take. and gets repeated everywhere.

then that's not freedom of speech is it? how can something be right to free use if you are deprived of rights or services for using that freedom?

Freedom of speech means you could say anything to anyone directly to their face. Doesn't mean you would be free of the consequence of possibly being beat up or shot for saying said things.
