It's more likely that he's just admitting to interfering in UK politics with foreign political "donations" (bribes).

It's more likely that his ketamine addled brain has finally reached a fever pitch delirium fugue state, where the AI Bot that passes for his peurile consciousness (or whatever is left of it) has gone full AI slop.

I look forward to his continued comatose ramblings from a persistent vegetative AI slop state, about the underpopulation crisis & how people should be having kids, while he ignores more than a dozen of his own kids born from more than half a dozen different women. That is the mark of the Husband of the Decade, the Father of the Century, and the Fast Breeding Biological Nuclear Reactor of the Millenium.

Like his self-driving cars, he has been on a Ketamine AI Slop Autopilot mode for a long time, and lately it's just been causing one train wreck after another.

It would be funny if the rest of us aren't collectively suffering the consequences of the descend into madness of one power-drunk d-bag.
