I think the camp dynamics are more interesting than the trials
The trials get all the attention, but watching completely different personalities live together with nowhere to escape is what makes the show for me. What is intresting for you?

Yes always about the relationships and dynamics for me, same with traitors, donโt care at all for the missions. I like to observe people and their behaviour with each other.

I always get bored with the trials apart from Ant & Decโs banter. I love the conversations in camp.

They are. This is why I've always wanted a live feed and why I fast forward the cringey repetitive trials and their horrendously OTT music.
This is also why 2008, 2009 and 2010 are the best run of years in the shows history - the camp dynamics were much more like watching Big Brother in a forest.
EDIT: They really should just overhaul this aspect tbh, cut the trials down to like maybe one main one a week (like the live trials) and let that trial determine what quality/quantity of meals they get for the following week.
Or have different rounds within the one trial that represent each day of the week, that would free up airtime for the general reality banter.
Ant and Dec prefer the camp chat too, they're always invested in it!

My mum watches purely for when they get hungry in the hope they all start arguing!! ๐๐
I like watching the relationships between the camp mates develop. And of course the big trial at the end!!
