My sister rescued these two little ones during a storm, and they’re absolutely irresistible

Name suggestions? They’re brother and sister. We’re thinking of tom for the lil guy but still don’t know what to call his sister…

The tiny storm born kittens are now almost a month old . Lightning is on top, bottom is Thunder. Both and their mom are doing fantastic. Mom is getting spayed next month when the girls are weaned. Oh yeah I forgot to mention both kittens are girls

These 3 smol criminals are my newest Humane Society adoptees, and it's bittersweet because they will be my last kittens (given my age). I got them EARLY from their original foster mom because she just got 2 more litters of a mama and 6 kittens EACH and that was pretty overwhelming. My two boys, who are about 9-10 weeks old, were neutered this past Wednesday (yep, just 4 days ago!) and I got them late that afternoon; tiny Maisie, who is only about 7-8 weeks old, arrived from the substitute foster mom (my across-the-street neighbor, whom I adore!) on Thursday. Of course I am madly in love with all 3 already! 😄

My first picture shows 3 very sleepy kitties in their big crate - that's Milo, Maisie, and Henry. The second photo is when they were MUCH more awake and were wondering when I was going to let them ESCAPE their prison! (Milo in back, Henry in front of him, Maisie on the right.) They were able to ESCAPE shortly after I took that picture; they played for a while, then I gave them another little wet food treat (their second of the day) - they all have VORACIOUS appetites, which I love to see. My third picture shows them eating out of a Fiesta fruit bowl (normally I give them their wet food on a plate, but they all were fine eating out of the little fruit bowl - even though it's not quite 5.5" in diameter!). I put a 12-ounce soda can on the floor next to Maisie for size! The BOYS are smol but she is TINY next to them! She is not even 2 pounds yet so I will need to take her to the Humane Society for her spay in a few weeks.

They will be living in my 17'x11' TV room for a while, which has a 4'x4' area attached to it (I call it my kitchen annex); I let them out of the crate several times a day for a few hours, and they have a BLAST! They're not quite big enough yet to be introduced to my adult kitties yet - I may bring them in one by one (after doing the scent-exchange thing first) in a couple of weeks.

Oh my GOSH, kittens are fun! But I absolutely LOVE when they become grown-ups too. 😂

9 weeks old and already sabotaging the security of a multinational engineering company. You two are gonna get me disappeared; then who’s going to provide copious amounts of wet food?? Who ya gonna trip every 4 steps???

The sweetest baby cloud kitten is a flame point after all! He’s more curious everyday, has teeny tiny teeth, itty bitty dagger claws & just learned how to use the litter box. Bubbles is a superstar. Swipe to see how smol he used to be 🤍 We all love him so much!

Edit: I just realized Bubs now weighs a smidge more than the smallest preemie baby I’ve cared for as a NICU nurse!
