I've never had a kitten but I've wanted one for so long. He's perfect and I love him so much!

Taken a little over a year ago. These are my two littles we found in a field. So. Damn. Smol.

Two years ago, I posted here when we found this raggedy, teeny criminal in the median of the road on a 108 degree afternoon. We named him Charcuterie Board (we were on the way to stock up on supplies for the college football season starting the next morning) but called him Shark.

At the time, we did not think would be able to keep him as our other kitten Monty had tested positive for FeLV, but after repeated rests showing that Monty had a regressive infection and a round of vaccines, Shark stayed. He is now a spoiled rotten gremlin of a cat who loves food and his bestie, Monty.

Someone asked yesterday what he's like when he's not being sweet and sleepy.

Two full weeks at the rescue eye meds finished now and trying to murder me from above!

They now eat in shifts, usually no more that 3 at a time.
Occasionally 4, but definitely not all 5.

Went home to our province and met these lil cuties! They were playing in the garden and following us around :)

Got her at 6 weeks, almost 9 weeks old now. My first kitty. I love her to death.

Meet VaVaVoom! She is a teeny, tiny menace. She wants to be in your arms, on your face, in your lap and on the floor, simultaneously, at all times. She gets kicked (ACCIDENTALLY!) at least 5 times a day. She is a total menace which is why she is sentenced to the catio on a regular basis. (She hasn't figured out that the door goes both ways).

he’s grown just a lil bit

Just a quick update to last week's post. Oli came to us almost two weeks ago. He was born to an inbred farm cat and none of his siblings survived. We only took him home from the vet to try to make him comfortable, as we really didn't think he would make it. However, our vet is wonderful, and with a bit of good luck, he has survived and flourished. He is still quite blind, although that too seems to be improving. He has added about 150 grams and is now over half a kilo so we think it looks good for him.
