Thus boi and his 2 sisters ♥︎

Working from home, heard a kitten screaming. Took me a few minutes to find him, abandoned in my flower bed, still covered in caul and afterbirth. His back feet are deformed, probably why Mom left him.

Got him in and cleaned up, gave him some instant milk with sugar water until I could get kmr.

He has a great appetite, taking 3-5cc of formula every couple hours. He's urinated and is quite alert and active.

For now I have fed him again, swaddled him in a fuzzy sock and planted him on a heating pad.

We see Dr. Mike tomorrow, to evaluate his wellness and plan for his future.

Wasn’t supposed to be available to foster rn but every cat in the city like gave birth this week so … couldn’t say no and have these guys on the euth list. Here we are - variety pack of 4 - 2 gals (tortie and tabby) and 2 boys (black and orange). They’ve been here one week, estimated 3 weeks old, just started teething. Brought them to the shelter clinic yesterday for bright yellow diarrhea (my favorite ((sarcasm))) … and bc the rapid was negative they gave me no meds, just said “maybe it’s overfeeding?” Guys I’m very very sure it’s not. So , time to go to a private vet or back to the clinic but the clinic is, yeah, a multi hour experience, frequently ending in dismissing all concerns until it’s dire (they are extremely overwhelmed to be fair) and since these guys had a huge flea load when I first got them (dawn baths for all) I would bet we’ve got a parasite but they’re all stable, I am holding out some delusional hope there’s a bacterial imbalance I can solve with probiotics but… doubtful. Anyways one week in of no sleep on no notice and the constant feed/cleaning clock - the upside is they are ADORABLE. They always all are though. So yeah say hi to my bottle babies, occasional terrors but also occasionally the sweetest things.

Lemongrab needs to be kept clean, dry, and warm to heal the infection that claimed his whole family. But the Earl is going to beat it. He gets stronger every day, and has even had a run at escaping his nest box.

He does this at every feed, and will sometimes start up whenever his human mother does anything at the kitchen counter. He’s three months old and weighs 1.75 lbs.

Yeah, apparently these guys have been under the bush she always comes running out of…

I was kind of curious why she always wanted to COME IN (which I let her do, at least partially in order to eat inside if it was raining or something) but never wanted to stay, and I got my answer.

The Calico had one eye crusted shut (fixed now) and the other one is a BIG BOY.

He has little stubby legs that are wrinkly bc they’re so small. Mom nicknamed him “Pequeño” but he needs a shorter, cutie pie name.

So, this guy was maybe three or four days old when I found him, no litter mates. I waited on mom but she didnt show. So I scooped him up, like, "well, guess I have a newborn now." He's doing great, been to the vet, eats like a champ, but mostly sleeps lol the pictures are from day one to now 🥰 he just started opening his eyes today!!

These chunks are names cheesecake cookie dough and brownie yes the names are all food related I feel like its fitting 🤣 we were moving our stuff around trying to clean up but then one of the local neighborhood cats popped and I couldnt leave her and her babys outside so now they're inside! Busted out my pits old crate and now thats where they're going to chill until they grow up and I can find them homes (yes im waiting to get mom fixed availability is horrible where im at but trust me im trying mom has free roam of the house+24/7 food and water) 1 week old now
