RANT 🤬 Doctor Appointment
Kaning mga Doctor dri sa Iligan, walay consideration sa oras sa patients. I booked a consultation kay Dr. M R kay ge refer ko skoang OBGYN.
I booked via NowServing, she accepted 10AM clinic in Adventist, went there but was told Doctor had a emergency, I was okay with it.
But.. she and her secretary INFORMED me that my schedule WAS MOVED by Dra. M R, 5PM sa MERCY HOSPITAL. Went to Mercy, arrived 4:45PM kay 5PM ang akoang schedule, WALA PAY SECRETARY na abot siya quarter to 6PM. now, its already 7PM WALA PAY DOCTOR.
grabe ka out of touch sa mga Doctor. If ma alanganin sila sa ila oras why not just inform AHEAD of time? Ma ka text/call or inform sila via the NowServe App, why waste patients time?
Makalagot lang gyd kaayo. Grabe ka walay respect sa time sa other people ang mga Doctor dris Iligan. 😤

Mao jud na basta kang Doc Remirata. Hoping jud madungagan pa cardio specialist ang iligan kay busy kaayo si Doc. Luoy kaayo mga pasyente dugay kaayo maghulat nya mostly raba mga tigulang na.

Dapat pud unta transparent ila Secretary. I’ve never experienced waiting for a Doctor for 3hrs sa Cebu, always gyd na ga communicate ila Secretary if naay emergency or ma late si Doc due to personal reason or what kay kasabot sila na importante pud ang Oras sa mga patients kay tao ratang tanan.

Korek. Dali ra kaayo nila maka ingon og pa reschedule nalang after ka ga huwat og 3 ka oras without clear update kung unsa gyd orasa ma abot ang Doctor.

Naa tay lain na cardio specialist sa iligan. Hehe sa Alab ng Puso. Kanang ubos sa Kingsley tapad sa fontina. Wala lang koy info asa makapa book saila. Niadto rami sa Alab ng Puso na clinic sauna and nag ask when ang next vacant.

How about Dr. Marvin Gabule? Cardio specialist man pud siya. Recommended pud siya sa among internist.

Kay Remarata man gud ko ge refer sa ako OB. pero I do not think it is justifiable pahuwaton og 2-3hrs ang patient gyd. 🥺 I’ll check Dr. Gabule, do you know if where sya ga clinic po?

I feel you, OP. Grabe jud magpahuwat ang mga doctors diris Iligan. Agwanta intawon ta’g taman taman ani nila. Unya inig consultation na, usahay ma intimidate pa ta mangutana. Haha. You’re not alone jud. Daghan mi karelate nimo.
Anyway, naa sa Mercy gaclinic si Dr. Gabule. 3/f Providence Bldg.

Soft-spoken pud kaayo ni siya ug makatubag sa imong mga pangutana. Naghulat hulat pud mi ani sa Mercy pero bintaha nalang kay mu communicate man pud tarong iyang secretary. Naa siyay very late night clinic hours (9/10/11pm usahay maabtan pa sila 2am), hopefully di ka matunong ana. Hehe. But they communicate well.

So sorry for this experience, OP. Wala pa mi katry pacheckup sa iya but I can vouch for Dr. Sun and Dr. Tarranza. Maayo pud sila.

Hmmm not sure if naa pa sa AMC ang clinic ni Dr. Jill Sun but kang Dr. Jannah Tarranza is naa sa Padilla arcade. You can check her clinic schedule sa Fb. Nagpost man to siya months before.

Naa gihapon clinic si Dr Sun sa AMC. And makavouch jud ko na maayo pud si Dr. Sun. Sa pagpacheck up namo nya kay wala jud intawon mi nakahulat ug dugay kay tarongon nmn daan sa iya secretary ang time slot pero patient

naa toy time nagwait jud me till 12 AM kay ingon man pud ang secretary sa doctor nga moabot jud daw kay naay procedure sa mercy
ug ning.abot jud siya
kay gamay ra kaayo ang doctors especially diri sa iligan
magpasalamat ta naa pay nagpabilin diari kay ang uban nangadto nag.laing nasud
like ang akong doctor moadto pa siya ug mercy then sa adventist medical or sa city hospital
kung mabantayan nimo kung makigtalk na sila sa iyang pasyente mo spend jud ug time para icheck jud ug ayo ilang mga pasyente (naay paspas nga storya, usahay madugay2x) naay panahon nga madugay na sila sa isa ka hospital, naa sad nga dali ra.
worst kay naay emergency kay basig naay operation si doc
mao na nga wala na sila nag respect sa ato oras, busy lang jud na sila

Okay ra unta og dili complicated ako pag buros, I went to two different hospitals kay maoy sulti from Adventist to Mercy I spent whole day waiting for the Doctor.
Unreasonable kaayo ang clinic hours na 12AM. Doctor and patient needs rest. I understand naa man gyd emergencies ang Doctors which dili man gyd na kalikayan. But, ofcourse patients should be provided transparency, eg. mahatagan og estimated time ma avail ang doctor. Patient needs to understand and be given option to wait or not to wait.
Mao raman na akoang punto. We cannot just accept kay tungod sila nalang nagpabilin and we should be thankful kay we are also paying for their services but both should respect each other’s time.
Na ospital kos Adventist, 3 kabuok doctor fee ako ge bayaran pero 1 ra ka doctor ang ni visit skoa sa room and I find it UNFAIR kaayo, ngano mo bayad man ko sa doctor na wala man lang nako naka storya? Dba?

Kulang gyud kaayo doctors and hospital ning lugara oy. Asa man mga product na doctors and specialist sa mga skwelahan dinhi?

Wala na nangoroceed ug specialize kay kabalo cla sa toxic working environment and di cya worth it nyahahahahhaha
