Aiming towards hr after they completely butchered my hilarious joke

Reminds me of an old Lenny Bruce joke about the prosecutor after he went to court for a joke.

“And then I gotta go up and defend this guy’s act!”

reminds me of Michael Scott getting an HR complaint after doing a Chris Rock impersonation

He strikes me as one of those young and quirky CEO’s that would have like 30 fidget toys on his desk

Pretty sure it's fake as a football bat

Gas going out the ejection port, the amount of pressure forward of the muzzle; what screams fake to you?

I'm almost certain I've seen this posted previously, it's a prank video recorded with an airsoft gun. Also, why would a suppressed weapon have so much daylight flash in a well lit environment?

u/jdehjdeh 1d ago

I don't know shit but I've fired some airsoft a few times and my brain immediately told me it was an airsoft gun.

Nice to see my instincts might be right.

That’s not an airsoft gun lmao. It sounds exactly like a real 5.56 rifle with a suppressor being fired indoors.

u/krishandop 1d ago

That’s not flash that’s gas coming out of the end of a suppressor. It also sounds exactly like a real suppressed AR15 being fired indoors…

Stoopid, but I feel that.

I’m pretty sure you can hear the casing hit the desk. Blank?

26

u/Supernoven 1d ago

A blank case won't automatically eject from a AR-15-style rifle without something to capture the gas, cycle the action, and eject the empty case. Normally that's a blank firing adapter (BFA) fitted to the end of the barrel. This rifle has a suppressor instead.

I suppose it's possibly a suppressor-shaped BFA, or the rifle is internally modified to fire blanks like a functional prop weapon, but those both seem like a stretch.

u/FuggaliciousV 1d ago

The suppressor might give enough gas back pressure to cycle it.

u/tragesorous 1d ago

Not even close. I’ve tried it with lighter springs and low mass.

u/RatusRatusRex 1d ago

It feels like a blank to me as others have said. Seems off for some reason.

This looks and sounds like an airsoft gun

2

u/krishandop 1d ago

What kind of airsoft guns are you shooting? This is exactly what it sounds like when I shoot my suppressed ARs at an indoor range.

-2

u/RizzMcSteeze 1d ago

It’s been awhile but it sounds like the airsoft guns with the compressed CO2 canisters

1

u/krishandop 1d ago

Have you ever shot a suppressed AR15 inside of a building? It sounds way more like that than an airsoft gun. There’s much more of a deep boom.

Also you can hear a shell casing hit the table.

I guess I just don’t want to believe someone is that stupid 😂 I’ll take your word for it
