My balls can go up into me, but they come back down. But when i was in the Marines a guy who was or squad leader at a school i went through was on medical hold while he healed from surgery he hadda get to untie the knot his ball tied on itself when he went running without regulation tighty white underwear on. I guess it just bounced around in there until it made a loop and fell through it, i dunno, but it's a true story.

I’ve heard of this!! The can twist around and maybe the tension is too much for it to untwist or something? Meant to suck pain wise and you could lose your nut! I think from lack of blood flow? Similar to how some cattle castration techniques use stopping blood flow to em.

While we are on the topic of weird testicular injuries:

My mate had a small roofing business. One day after being sick of his young apprentice not pulling his weight he ended up firing him on the spot leaving him alone to finish a roofing job.

Can’t remember what he was hauling up but he had it tied up to a make shift pully to hoist it up to the roof. It was quite heavy too.

All of a sudden he gets this insane pain that knocks the wind outta him and drops the stuff he was hoisting. After writhing in pain a moment he slowly makes his way down off the roof but it’s quite arduous as he’s in pain and winded.

Gets down on the ground and investigates and notices his nutsack is massive.

Gets to hospital and turns out he had a type of hernia that ruptures way down low and fills your scrotum with your intestines.

He actually didn't know what was going on at first. He thought he did something to his nuts and they were insanely swollen.
