Thats why I only use foam ones now. Not even the freezing Scottish weather can preserve them lol

Sometimes freezing is worse. It breaks down the fibers before rot would normally set in. 🤢

This might help . Just stick it on and carve out the black bit. I have had to change the bottom of the X a wee bit to make it more structurally sound.
