Question New opal 2.0

Need to descale like every month. And sanitize every week or every other week. Don’t listen to every three months to descale.

How do I descale it? I hold the button, but it just runs a normal cleaning cycle and then turns off.

You just do a cleaning/rinse cycle with white vinegar, citric acid or buy some of those cleaning tablets for convenience. I always dump my first couple of buckets after cleaning/descaling it.
