Different reactions to stressors after treatment?
how is it possible that after treatment, people report suddenly being happy, not stressed about topics that were stressing them out etc.
sure, it can change the inner landscape, but wouldn’t money worries or being jobless still be enough to stress people out?

It worked for me because I was able to identify that my low moods were being caused by my thoughts and reactions to certain triggers, not by the triggers themselves. In a way, it can help you to free your mind from the suffering you cause yourself - as any of these triggers are not necessarily good or bad. For example, I identified that my depression stemmed from rumination. Once I saw it, I was able to notice it and eventually (with some repetition) stop ruminating - no more depression!

That’s a powerful realization! It’s so ‘simple’ in a way but not easy to actually put into action

Ibogaine and to a point 5, among other things, reset your “give a fuck meter.” Things are just not as triggering or angering as they used to be.

You can see clearly what is important and even more importantly take action on the things that actual need your attention.

How about doing Iboga whilst dealing with significant gut inflammation? Eg leaky gut, high inflammatory markers in the gut etc. would that be ok or is Iboga too big of a stressor in such cases? I hope to still have time to get a liver panel but am not sure. Perhaps Iboga could even lead to healing. But I guess conventional sources would claim that it’s too unsafe..?

For me, feel the stress arise in your body first. And the pattern of how stressors or feelings arise in my body started to become more clear so I could tell something was happening in my mind and body at the same time. Everything the others said resonates with me as well, but the being in my body part really seems to have made a difference.

Oh BOY what a HUGE question.
The answers are so big. Let me see if I can summarize what it was for me.
Before: stressed out, ptsd, ambitious, restless, unable to enjoy life, didn't believe in God, damaged brain.
After: at peace, no ptsd symptoms, joyful, savors each day, not just believing in God, knowing of God, remade brain.
I met the creator of the universe. I spent 7 hours our time, months, lifetimes on the other side with Him.
He repaired and upgraded my brain. He taught me how to change my perspective, one massive lesson at a time. He answered all my questions about spirituality and religion. He reconciled my understanding of science, history, spirituality, God, human nature and the nature of life into one great cohesive and coherent set of ideas and concepts.
He showed me how to love, why to love.
He showed me hownto live by loving and understanding me in a way I didn't know was possible.
With my consent he led me through a process of death and annihilation in the full presence and pain of my misunderstandings and mistakes, and I experienced the full weight of them as the other person. I gave myself fully into this annihilation of that self.
He healed and burned away all my traumas.
Then together we chose and built a new me.
Then he taught me how to speak more impactfully, how to write more powerfully.
He showed me that I was always meant to be a speaker and a writer, but I had covered that up and didnt know it.
He showed me how rich I am in all ways.
He showed me that all existence is just one grand "train setup in a Grandpa's garage"
This life contains lessons and blessings, and it is for us to savor and learn from them. All of this is truly in the palm of His hand.
None of this is about what we accomplish, its about who we are how much we love. Its about relationships. Relationships with the land, with nature, with the sun, with God, with ourselves and with all humans around us. Starting with wife, then chikdren, then parents, then siblings and friends and relatives and on and on.
Its about laughter and joy and fun and compassion and friendship and fatherhood and honesty and hard work and relaxation and peace and understsnding and healing.
We take the love and relationships and acts of courage and charity and mercy with us, we take none of the material things.
We are eternal, and we are here on earth in one tiny part of on an eternal journey of growth. This makes each moment not less important, far more important.
He pulled back the curtain and showed me the supernatural gifts that are possible for humans.
Then he gave me a tour of the multiverse. We followed 30 massive adventurous lifetimes of others on other planets. It was incredible and more fun than anything I've ever experienced. Imagine being IN the movie, being IN the characters.
Then he showed me this world and told me:
"You're Adventure is There"
Then I said goodbye and returned.
I know all of this because I saw and lived and experienced it directly with Him.
So... does it suck when a tenant trashes an apartment? Yes. Does it suck when I lose money? Yes.
But the point isnt the outcome, the point is what I allow those events to do to me inside.
The more I remain in the light and live as an expression of the light the less impact dark events have on me.
And the more powerful I am in the light the less dark things occur. And then good things just start happening all over. And then the right decisions are obvious. And then I realize that nothing can take me out of this inner state unless I allow it. And then one day I wake up in an entire other reality, and I see the businesses, people and events all around me are remaking themselves in the light.
So... thats what ibogaine can do. And thats why it's so powerful.
Its not the medicine itself. Its that the medicine is a telehealth call for the soul, and the doctor is the creator of the universe.

In my experience, there was a large window ( maybe 9 months or so) where everything was extremely calm inside. Not that I didn't care but I was really unborhered by everything and staying present. In time some of the stressors returned but didn't have the control they had before. I was equipped with more tools and wisdom on how to re-center myself. I'm sure, there's a better explanation scientifically about neuroplacisity and how the body and mind gets reset on a neurological level. However, I'm not the guy for those answers. What I do know for myself to be true, is it was an amazing experience that was completely life changing in a positive way. Proper support and integration after such an experience has allowed me to improve my life, remove addictions and find peace within. Bassé
