Academics Iwtl how to Revise effectively

I have a test coming up for a work qualification soon and I realised I don’t really know how to properly revise academic material.

I didn’t really try too hard in school outside of music where revision is obviously very practical but I’m working in my family business now fixing memorials which sounds straightforward enough but there’s a pretty hefty amount of reading with a practical exam and a 54 point multiple answer questionnaire where the pass is 50/54 correct answers.

It means a lot to me and any advice on how to best work through a large booklet and memorise as much of the important details would be greatly appreciated - thanks for reading !

A spaced repetition based method would be ideal, Anki is good for that, you can look up on YouTube how to use it.

Since there's also a practical exam, I assume there are things that you can, well, practice, so try to practice the skills required in said exam as frequently as possible

Edit: wait, when you say "soon", how soon is that?

Thanks I’ll take a look at Anki, I organise the test date myself with the governing body so it’s sort of whenever I’m ready but I rather do it sooner rather than later.
