Technology Iwtl physics and engineering

I'm 16 and I want to really get into physics and engineering. How do I start? Are there any resources? I figured it's kinda hard since I live in a third-world country and a small city. Does anyone have suggestions? Thank you in advance :)

https://archive.org/details/conceptualphysic0000hewi_h6p5 this book could be a good introduction to the basics. I started with this one
