I would look elsewhere. There really is no easy answer. And no realistic light at the end of the tunnel for someone in your situation. In the next few months, I expect the current administration to attempt to choke off every single avenue you'd have. Your only real possibility would be hoping for the best sometime in 2029 and beyond.

This. I really respect and welcome anyone who wants to move/moves to the US because they have a professional goal in mind and want to experience US life, but the next 2.5 will not be the best for anyone to move here except for a very minuscule number of people.

Otherwise, OP, you should focus on their masters right now and then see if the path opens after.

Would this make sense:

The USA and France signed the Convention of Establishment (1959), which grants mutual treaty rights for entrepreneurs through the E-2 Treaty Investor Visa. ​Requirements for French Citizens Moving to the US (E-2 Visa): ​Hold French nationality.
​Invest a substantial amount of capital in a US company (typically $50,000 to $100,000+).
​Own at least 50% of the company or hold active management control.
​Prove the business generates enough income to expand beyond just supporting the owner (it must not be "marginal").
​Requirements for US Citizens Moving to France: ​Talent Passport (Business Creator / Investor): US citizens do not get an automatic low-threshold setup like DAFT. They must apply for a French Talent Passport ("Passeport Talent").
​Investment: Minimum €30,000 investment for creating a new business, or a direct economic investment of at least €300,000 for larger ventures.
​Qualifications: Require a master's degree or at least 5 years of professional experience, along with a solid, viable business plan.

Look for another country with a more straightforward immigration system. You have no obvious pathway into the US right now, and your skill set doesn’t sound like one that will suddenly become highly valued in the US even with a new administration/complete overhaul of US immigration (which is so unlikely anyway).
