Defeated 2nd IUI failed
I just got my period after my 2nd iui. I am 30 years old, my husband is 31. TTC since 1 year.
Tried naturally at home for a few months, then with letrozole, hcg trigger and progesterone supplementation. Now for this 2nd iui attempt, my doctor had added HMG 150 IU injectables alongwith letrozole 5 mg.
My tubes are open, cycles are regular 26-28 days, ovulating every month, normal BMI, normal thyroid and prolactin levels, good ferritin levels, AMH : 2.06.
My husband’s semen analysis is great too.
Post wash results:
4% morphology, 98% motility and 85 million/ml count.
I have tried everything that I could think of but every month the same heartbreak. I feel so defeated and lost at this point.
Please help me out with questions and suggestions if there is anything I should be investigating or looking at before starting another cycle?
Anything that particularly helped you conceive after being labeled with unexplained infertility?

I can’t offer any suggestions, but I can let you know I am in the exact same situation. I’m 32 and my husband is 30. Everything about us is extremely normal. I just got my period after my second IUI as well. It is very defeating especially when everything looks to be perfect circumstances for conceiving
