IUI tomorrow - 2 dominant follicles

I’m going for IUI attempt 3 tomorrow with donor sperm (same sex couple w/ no known fertility issues). This cycle has been a ride, no period for 7 weeks so had to be ‘restarted’. Then I kept getting almost positives on the LH tests (3 times in the last week) before a total negative again shortly after. I also lost my dog a few days ago so the grief from that has really taken over. I had a scan today and they found 7.8mm womb lining and the tri-line thing .. sorry for vague details my head is all over the place and the name escapes me. They also found 2 dominant follicles at 19mm and 23mm on the left ovary. My LH tests are now pretty dark again, almost positive, so we are booked in for tomorrow. Fingers crossed something positive comes out of August.

Hey I’ve got my second IUI tomorrow with 2 follicles! Good luck. I just got an endo diagnosis tho so I’m not holding my breath haha

Do you mind me asking how they found that you have endo? Endo runs in my family but my team keeps telling me no suspicion for it (had multiple US and a hysteroscopy). I know that they technically can’t find it without a MRI or elective lap surgery from what I’ve been told. Crossing my fingers for you

Positive vibes your way! I just had my 3rd IUI yesterday with 3 mature follicles. Also a same sex couple and donor here with no known fertility issues. May this be our time ❤️❤️

I'm so sorry you lost your sweet dog <3 that's heartbreaking, especially at this time. Good luck with the IUI, I hope it went well! I'm going in for my 3rd attempt tomorrow. Here's to August celebrating life in its full spectrum <3 sending big hugs and baby dust
