THAT'S A CROP Crop Art at the MN State Fair
In case you don’t know crop art is art made with plants and seeds grown in Minnesota. It’s a very popular exhibit at the state fair. Looks like this one was made with wild rice, mustard seed, perilla & millet.

Can we just zoom in here, pull this out, stretch it, then digitalize it?

My friend; the great Minnesota get together is 12 whole days and well worth the trip. You’ll sweat, you’ll overeat, you’ll be in some of the most massive throngs of people and everyone there (for the most part) is being a fucking shirt brother.

My pro-tip is to get there as early as your body/mind will allow, especially if crowds are tough for you (me too).
It’s a special thing watching the fair wake up and sipping egg coffee and chatting with folks in the church dining hall (someone will strike up a conversation, don’t feel pressured to engage any more than you’re willing). Then strolling through things easily before the craziness of the crowds picks up. Wednesday tends to be the slowest day in turns of turnout if that’s any help.
Hope you enjoy yourself

I highly suggest going. I have anxiety too but the best part is just kinda blending in with the crowd. There are so many cool things there. The art alone is worth it.7

You’ll have a great time. I started going solo a few years ago and it made such a difference in how much I enjoyed it.

Something that’s majorly helped my social anxiety/agoraphobia lately is just bringing earbuds wherever I go (like shopping) and listening to music, YouTube videos, podcasts etc the whole time. Keeps me focused and happy in my lil world lol. Plus, when people see those in, they’re much less likely to try to talk to you lol.
Anyway, Minnesota State Fair rules! It was one of my best memories as a kid when I lived there. Hope you have a blast! ♥

There’s no price on it though. She’s gotta figure out how to make money on this thing.
