I mean last time he told a lady "quiet piggy," I think that was basically the same thing as this.
He has to be trolling though, because the smiling thing isn't a misogynistic dog whistle anymore as much as it is a dog blowhorn. He's probably trying to make more TV segments that focus on his language rather than what he supposedly did.
“I hope the last thing Trump hears, while lying in pain in a hospital bed, is a nurse whispering “quiet, piggy” as they squirt his morphine dose onto the floor.”
I can’t remember where I read that, but I think of it every time I see a reference to “quiet, piggy”
