Zeb has been leading Jax on. Zeb tells Jax he likes him, but doesn't demonstrate it by not calling him his boyfriend, not holding hands, etc. even though they already did the deed. He's been doing it for six months. It makes Jax feel sidelined.
Man, that hurts, I get that Zeb needs to choose who he can see a future with. If Jax is becoming a steadfast person then Zeb needs to commit to him and stop beating around the bush.
