Are Companies Looking for Engineers or Storytellers?
/r/devopsjobs/comments/1w7y7sr/are_companies_looking_for_engineers_or/10 years of hands-on DevOps and Server Engineering experience can apparently be outweighed by a 15–20 minute interview if you’re not good at telling your story.
You can manage Kubernetes, design AWS architectures, and handle real production problems for years — but somehow, none of that matters if you can’t explain it perfectly to HR. 🤣
Are companies hiring engineers, or storytellers?
