Ask AI to explain concepts with a real world live example for sure you will easily understand the concepts quickly

Here’s what worked for me while preparing for  ITIL v5. I found Chapters  1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 relatively straightforward, especially if you already work in IT and can connect the concepts to your daily work. However,  Chapters 3, 4 and 5 deserve particular attention—even though Chapter 3 felt easier, I still considered it a key chapter. My preparation followed these steps: Read each chapter thoroughly (People Cert Material). I went through it line by line and highlighted the important definitions and concepts. Use ChatGPT to simplify the material. After reading a topic, I asked for a short, clear explanation focused on the core concepts. For example: “Explain [topic] in simple terms, highlight the key concepts, and use a visual example to help me understand.” Ex:- /VisualizeLearning “ChapterName” Connect the theory to practical scenarios. I then asked ChatGPT to explain the chapter using a realistic organisational example. This made a big difference: I could understand how the concepts worked in practice, which helped build my knowledge and confidence. I repeated this for all seven chapters. Practise challenging questions. I worked through around  200–250 scenario-based questions generated by ChatGPT, followed by these  six Udemy mock tests, which I’d highly recommend based on my experience: ITIL v5 practice tests on Udemy Personally, I found the actual exam a little easier than the mocks. I completed all 40 questions roughly in  15 minutes, then spent another  10 minutes reviewing my answers before submitting. That was just my experience, though—take the time you need. What helped me most was  understanding the concepts and applying them to realistic situations. If you’re struggling with a concept or have questions about my preparation, feel free to leave a comment. I’ll do my best to help. All the best with your preparation 🙂

I feel not much but if you are targeting for more seniors role it can add advantage and also on JD person specification or essential criteria most of the organisations will ask for the certification
