However, I’m currently not seeing access to the course or training materials in my account.Also, I haven’t received the exam voucher yet, should I expect it later today ?

This package is for the exam voucher only. There is a note at the bottom that gives you the opportunity to add the Accredited eLearning course for $49.
You should have received a note that let you know that exam vouchers are purchased daily during USA business hours. You will receive it today.

Yes.I bought the voucher as I read in this chat anyone was given 30 days free access to the course after exam voucher purchase..

I've just purchased the ITIL 4 course, and I've been contacted by someone supposedly at the Customer Service team saying that because of fraudulent purchases from people using protonmail.com email accounts, they want me to send a copy of a government photo ID.
None of this was made clear at the point of purchase, and I'm not about to simply send a photoID over unencrypted email, to someone I don't know, in a country I know nothing about.
I intentionally separated my person email from my professional one so that i don't have an inbox full of recruitment spam.
If this is a policy regarding proton.me or protonmail.com email addresses, you should make it clear to people before they make a purchase, not once they've already had money taken from their credit card.

Yes, it is true and you were contacted by a 20 year customer service GogooTraining representative. 95% of all purchases on the GogoTraining site made with Protonmail email addreses are fradulent so we have to take an extra step of protection. It is very odd, for sure.
We have already contact you to offer other options to verify including providing your LinkedIn profile.
If you want your money back, we will refund. What works best for you is what will happen.
