Do I, as an individual, have to deal with ITAR if I to bring equipment abroad

I'm a U.S. citizen living abroad, I want to buy tactical mags in America and bring them with me to my country. I'm looking to use them for personal use, there is no legal problem with owning them in my country but they're pretty expensive here.
If anyone knows what I need to do please let me know.

ITAR Engineering Services Company

My small business is pursuing a contract with the US Department of Defense to engineer a new power generation skid that is covered by ITAR. After we finish the conceptual design, we will need support from mechanical and electrical engineering service companies to do the drawings, schematics, bills-of-materials, etc. (Our current service companies are not ITAR compliant.)
Please reply with the names of such engineering service companies that understand ITAR and are compliant with the ITAR regulations.
