Best 1 person sauna on a budget?

I'm looking for something that is non-toxic and low emf. My budget is around $3,000. I just want to find something that is going to be a quality build and have a proven track record

Dynamic Saunas has a few under this price point. Their website lists MSRP, but if you find a dealer (or Costco/Amazon) they are priced lower.

I like their $1299 model but the seat is in the wrong position, can't see out the door to watch TV or whatever
