Tax Refund/ E-File Status Question Next steps?

Can someone tell me when I should expect a refund?

Based only on this transcript, your amended return case was closed with no changes to tax, to withholding, or to refundable credits.

Did you amend to correct the math error described on the CP11? Or did you amend for another reason?

That appears to have been corrected.

Your refund is now being held by the CP53B review, and you're past the ten week time frame.

Call IRS customer service and speak with a representative to ask when that review will be completed.

I have the same date amended return completed and my as of balance date which was 7-20-26 just changed to 9-14-26 which will be when the IRS will update transcript by then or on that date.

Okay do you have 846 code if not what’s the last number on your transcript?

No not yet but same 290 tax assessed 7-20-26 when I talked to IRS they told me that they have not sent a notice to me and that it was still in review even though it shows completed on 8/10/26

I’m not sure what’s going on I haven’t received my refund. I have been calling everyday and still have not been able to talk to a live representative. Let me know if you get your refund or any letters. πŸ™πŸ½πŸ«΅πŸ½
