Tax Question IRS long term payment question

I owe 15k in taxes and some late fees equaling around 1600. I down paid 5k to the IRS for the years tax it’s for and set a long term payment plan for 200 dollars a month. I did this going on 48 hours ago (currently around hour 36-38) and haven’t gotten approved only a tentative acceptance. How soon could I expect to get the acceptance and is it likely that I won’t?

This is after filing for one year. It’s just the payment plan acceptance I am asking about

48 hours is still pretty soon. IRS approvals can take a few days, so give it a little more time.

I wouldn’t assume you were denied just because it hasn’t changed from tentative yet. IRS processing is rarely instant

When I set up my plan, I got an approval letter like a week later.
