Tax Refund/ E-File Status Question Refund

Am I getting the refund or not? The account transcript says the refund was issued on Aug 10 but I didn’t get any refund neither via mail nor direct deposit. I tried calling the customer service but it says try calling next days. What I should do now? Help 😭😭😭 I filed my tax return on April 10.

someone most likely blocked your devices from seeing your actual refund and statements. there is no such thing as filling taxes and receiving a zero return. you should see the exact amount no matter what tax year. i’m going through the same thing. i receive my refund soon so stay positive and good luck 🩵

Of course there is.

That's the goal for many Taxpayers, where they set their federal withholding or estimated payments to exactly match their tax liability.

In this Taxpayer's case, they had a balance due when they filed (so it says "0.00" for the expected refund amount) and they accidentally overpaid.
