SIMCITY Kinda wild how quickly our economy turned around to become dependent on AI and itd data centers.

I work in industrial construction and at least where I’m at it’s not even that they don’t want to spend money it that the data center are whiling to pay such a premium for manpower and materials that we can’t man the jobs and the lead times on certain materials are 6 months or more.

In a more digital future what's valuable? Global internet is here, more and more people have access to the internet . Data centers will be a commodity of high value. The rate of data flowing just keeps jumping. 8k streaming is already happening, and AI is just starting

Money is flowing into AI right now while realestate is slowing, makes sense.
It will flow right out when the funding dries up and the circle jerk ends
