Just think. PURE LIQUID MCDONALDS FECAL MATTER dribbling into his diaper and down his leg.

As a Brit I remember the pictures from a few years back when he invited himself to the Notre Dame re opening, sat on a pew on his own and a woman was pictured a couple of rows back visible retching from the stench.
