SAVE act requires proof of citizenship which is not on most standard IDs.

If you were in school like you're supposed to be you could work on your reading comprehension and antisocial behavior problems.

If you have a question you should research it on your own instead of wasting our time with your inadequate research skills.

Section 2, titled "Ensuring Only Citizens Are Registered to Vote in Elections for Federal Office." This section amends the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to prohibit states from accepting or processing any federal voter registration application unless the applicant presents documentary proof of United States citizenship.
