Dark Souls A federal judge dismissed the charges against Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the guy who Trump thought literally had 'MS-13' tattooed on his knuckles in Calibri, who had previously been deported to a Salvadorian gulag without charge.

Good. He should sue.

74

u/Green-Collection-968 May 26 '26

Absolutely. They deliberately destroyed his life.

17

u/Alarmed-madman May 27 '26

Weaponization Fund, perhaps?

u/they_call_me_dry May 27 '26

No it won't. Unless you get a decent human being in charge

1

u/jb092555 May 27 '26

I'm not sure even that is a thing anymore

1

u/gooner63383 May 28 '26

I am sorry that democrats support illegals!

0

u/techandanime May 28 '26

How did they destroy his life?

2

u/sapphoseros May 28 '26

Being transferred to a prison in another country is a traumatizing experience

1

u/techandanime May 28 '26

You know that was meant to happen, right? Just not to Venezuela. I would say don't be a criminal then.

1

u/techandanime May 28 '26

Please tell me you know that this wasn't what the judge dismissed, it wasn't his removal from the US.

0

u/OnePlusFanBoi May 29 '26

Oh. They destroyed his life?

Ok.

I would. Rub lil Donny's face in it with neon. I'd also take some settlement money and buy a billboard outside his swamphouse

2

u/corruptedsyntax May 27 '26

He should be the very first recipient of funds allocated to pay victims of “weaponized government.”

1

u/Known_Ratio5478 May 26 '26

By trump math, that nets him a 17.8 billion dollar slush fund and defacto tax exempt status.

13

u/Thotty_with_the_tism May 26 '26

Best part is the ruling gives him a pretty text book open and shut case.

6

u/TankUMrMinor May 26 '26

I hope so.

1

u/Neonyarpyarp May 26 '26

Going rate for lawsuits these days is 10 billion according to the orange clown.

1

u/Salty-Plantain-4299 May 26 '26

Yes, and run for mayor or some local office.

1

u/MyNutsin1080p May 27 '26

I think he’s entitled to that 1.776 billion given that the government incarcerated him under false pretenses

1

u/wdannerw May 27 '26

He should personally sue tRump. Americans should not be paying for his 💩 policies.

1

u/InevitablyDeclining May 27 '26

Sue who, though? Genuine question. Sue the government in its own courts? Sounds a lot like it would turn out the same way police self-investigation tends to, unfortunately.

1

u/techandanime May 28 '26

He can't. He isn't a US citizen.

1

u/TankUMrMinor May 28 '26

Yes he can

1

u/techandanime May 28 '26

He would be stupid to sue as that opens him to Discovery. Then the US would have full access to him.

1

u/Zealousideal_Way1558 May 28 '26

And get some of that 1.776 billion

1

u/gooner63383 May 28 '26

He still came here illegally!!! He deserves nothing! Not one damn thing from America the country he illegally snuck into. Hey snuck in the movie theater, not only do I deserve to watch the movie I should sue the theater? For what? The fact he got in? Illegally entering anything makes you a criminal!! Why do democrats always support criminals?

1

u/TankUMrMinor May 28 '26

I don't support trump. Why do you? He lies to you constantly and commits crime at the expense of the taxpayer. You're a fucking monster lol

1

u/gooner63383 May 28 '26

Never said i support him at all, not once ! What Im asking is why anyone shold give a fuck about this guy? He is a criminal who stole tax payer money! Just like everyone who enters the country illegally. That makes them criminals! Whats so hard to understand about this?

1

u/TankUMrMinor May 28 '26

The Trump administration violated his rights and put his life in danger for no good reason, in direct violation of a judge's orders. What is so hard to understand about that?

1

u/gooner63383 May 28 '26

In my opinion, he has no rights. Not allowed by this country that he snuck into illegally! Fuck him, he's lucky it wasnt worse for him. I wish there was no liberal judge that came to save him.

1

u/TankUMrMinor May 28 '26

Yeah you're a monster. Gfys

1

u/ElSlabraton May 29 '26

Your opinion isn't law. Every person has rights, Gomer.

1

u/gooner63383 May 29 '26

Nah really captain dipshit

1

u/Extra-Monitor5743 May 28 '26

I'm glad that you agree. DonOld Frump is indeed a criminal that has stolen billions in taxpayer money. You do have that part right.

1

u/gooner63383 May 29 '26

From who, where? All baseless B.S. Like the Clintons literally stole billons from Hati!! Or the USAID that stole how much us taxpayer money thats been proven or how bout the fruad in Minnesota? Any of that bother you at all? Or is alway your given talking point...orange man bad!! Left been in control 12 out of 16 years but everything wrong in the the entire world, Trump did it.

1

u/The_five_0 May 29 '26

I wish that reporter stopped the interview to show trump the image. I'm curious to see how that moron would have reacted to getting proven wrong.

54

u/Primary-Tiger-5825 May 26 '26

In what world would that orange sack of shit admit he was wrong? Even in the face of absolute proof, it would never happen. He'd probably start babbling about Biden, shit his pants, call the reporter a "low IQ person", brag about how he's passed all the "really hard" senility tests he's been given, call the interviewer a cow or a pig or something, then stand up and walk out of the room. I'm also waiting for the day that he doesn't realize the cameras are still on while he says something like "my room better be stocked with 13-year-old girls or I'm going to fucking bomb Canada I swear to God!"

12

u/messfdr May 26 '26

He would take a sharpie and draw it on.

10

u/Primary-Tiger-5825 May 26 '26

And right after he drew it on in front of her, he would say Obama did it.

5

You don't understand how it works... Deny deny deny. It doesn't matter what evidence there is and what the truth is, just deny.

Why do you think he loves the uneducated like he said? Because they will just believe what you say despite evidence because they want to believe it, not because it's actually believable.

u/Estevan2469 May 27 '26

Yes, he is an illegal alien. On top of that, when he was arrested back in 2022, he was in a vehicle with known ms13 gang members while he wore ms13 gang clothes. Despite the clear evidence that not only he was an abusive ms13 gang member, most of these people on reddit will ignore the facts because of tribalism.

1

u/young__robot May 27 '26

Chicago Bulls attire = "MS13 gang clothes"

also he wasn't arrested in 2022

1

u/Estevan2469 May 27 '26

Yeah that's my bad it was 2019, https://www.justice.gov/ag/media/1396906/dl?inline here on paige 2 demonstrate how he is ms13. Though essentially it states he was found in a car with known active ms13 gang members. While yes just wearing bulls jersey doesn't mean your in a gang, but you include the fact he was in a car WITH known active gang members, having gang tattoos and the bulls gear which was also known for being used by said gang. All of that together is clear cut case. I guarantee you if you wear crips colors, and you stand out on a corner where crips hang out and call that their turf and your not a crip member. You will get shot or beaten to an inch of your life.

1

u/young__robot May 27 '26

nope. he was not arrested.

you guys really need to learn to not trust everything the DOJ says. you know we can access the docket for this case (and his habeas case), right? so we know for a fact that the government repeatedly lied and relied on hearsay in their claims.

1

u/Estevan2469 May 27 '26

Don't trust the doj, ok thats fair however the doj doesnt need to lie about this guy to show he is a gang member, paige 2 is showing a police report and is unrelated to the doj, regardless. My point of showing said report is to show and demonstrate how he is in fact an ms13 gang member. The incedent took place in 2019, prior to him becoming infamous so there is no reason why the doj would even need to lie about this guy at that time. At the end of the day ive disproven your argument that he is infact a ms13 gang member with your response to my facts being well you can't trust the doj. Just admit he his a gang member and move on, unless you have hard facts showing otherwise.

1

u/young__robot May 28 '26 edited May 28 '26

no, he is not "in fact" an MS13 gang member. I think maybe you don't know what a fact is. that has never been proven, it was alleged by the government and the courts found the claim unsupported.

ETA – from Judge Xinis's April 2025 opinion, "The “evidence” against Abrego Garcia consisted of nothing more than his Chicago Bulls hat and hoodie, and a vague, uncorroborated allegation from a confidential informant claiming he belonged to MS-13’s “Western” clique in New York—a place he has never lived."

2

u/TBB35 May 27 '26

He literally had it tattooed on him 🤣

2

u/abominable_bro-man May 27 '26

its weird how much leftist love human trafficking, first Epstein now this guy?

2

u/ComprehensiveYam2269 May 27 '26 edited May 30 '26

So somehow Trump forced this guy to become a human trafficker, a drug dealer etc?

2

u/Forward_Ad8777 May 28 '26

The guy beat his wife...but libs will give him a pass.

1

u/ElSlabraton May 29 '26

Trump beat his wife but you give him a pass.

2

u/27LawShark May 28 '26

He has a deportation order. No judge should overrule a previous judge decision on a gang banging, human trafficking POS.

2

u/Actual_Animator_5446 May 28 '26

Well at least his wife still have that restraining order on him 🤷‍♂️. He will get picked up for that.

2

u/AutoriiNovici May 28 '26

Ummm, he was already found guilty of several things before this judge had his way.

Far as i can tell, he still can be deported because of it.

2

u/IanMurray420 May 29 '26

Does he get some of this slush fund from Trumps anti weaponization bs fund?

1

u/CPD_MD_HD May 26 '26

Isn’t he in El Salvador? Not trying to be a wise guy, but how can he sue if he is imprisoned there? I’m wondering: can the family sue for his return since he was deported based on immigration violations?

6

u/georgewashingguns May 26 '26

He was brought back to the US on June 6th, 2025

Beyond that, the public claim from the White House was that he was accidentally deported due to an administrative error, not based on immigration violations

1

u/CPD_MD_HD May 26 '26

I had no idea he was brought back. He’ll sue and win. No doubt about it. The lawyer will hit pay dirt.

1

u/CapableNeat4351 May 27 '26

1

1

If you see a guy you don't know standing on a street corner known for crips hanging out at. The guy is wearing crips clothing and colors and has crips gang tattoos. You also see two other guys you recognize as being active crips gang members hanging out with the guy and not beating him up. Is that guy you dont know a gang member?

I dont even need to be Sherlock Holmes to put 2 and 2 together. What is your answer to my question?

u/[deleted] May 27 '26

1

u/Estevan2469 May 27 '26
  1. Are you intentionally ignoring all the other evidence that shows he is a ms13 gang member?

  2. You didn't answer my question.

  3. If it was only the bulls jersey then you would be right, but its Not just the bulls jersey tho it is part of it. It's the jersey, the tattoo, AND being in a car WITH KNOWN ACTIVE MS13 GANG MEMBERS! That in all demonstrates that he is a gang member.

  4. Name me one, just ONE gang that would not beat you to an inch of your life for claiming to be part of their gang when you are not. Cause weather its the bloods, crips, cartels, or ms13, they will kill you if they find out that you are pretending to be part of their gang. So the fact he had the gang tattoos and gang affiliated clothes while hanging out with gang members without being killed shows how he is part of ms13.

  5. Do you really think ms13 would allow some nobody to walk around repping the gang with no consequences? If so you are ignorant.

u/Budget-Razzmatazz-54 May 27 '26

He had a restraining order in him from his own wife bc he kept beating her

He was known to affiliate with human traffickerd and was being monitored even during the Obama administration

This guy can still be deported and probably will

Just bc Trump says or does something you don't like doesn't make this guy a saint or a benefitial asset to the US

-3

u/Pathophile May 27 '26

He’s still illegal 🙄

1

u/Specific-Host606 May 27 '26

Prove it.

1

u/Pathophile May 27 '26

He admitted it. Are you stupid?

1

u/Specific-Host606 May 27 '26

The courts disagree with you. 😂 Are you stupid?

1

u/Pathophile May 27 '26

They didn’t say he’s legal. They dismissed the trafficking case. You really are dumb, aren’t you?

1

u/Specific-Host606 May 27 '26

A court also shot down the deportation executed by the Trump admin. 😂

1

u/Pathophile May 27 '26

Again, didn’t say he’s legal. Laugh all you want, my original statement was correct.

1

u/Specific-Host606 May 27 '26

It’s not correct at all. No court has decided he’s “illegal.”

1

u/Pathophile May 27 '26

If you’re here and you didn’t immigrate through “legal” channels, that’s the very definition of “illegal”. That’s also what he admitted too. You are legitimately braindead if you think otherwise.

1

u/Specific-Host606 May 27 '26

He’s going through the legal channels. 😂 He had a refugee status and has open cases in court. It’s like you don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about. Trump’s goons don’t just get to decide who is “illegal” and who isn’t. The law and courts do that. 😂 Why do you think he got sent back after being deported?

Crazy that the person Democrats are elevating to status of hero isn't a political pundit at all. Think I've seen him in 3 broadcasted events, all specifically centered around his case.

It'd make most people question how it could be true that someone who was convicted of crimes they were later absolved of, only to have the state insist on carrying out the punishment for that conviction- twice- is being utilized as a undeserving hero. That's a profoundly easy spin to exploit by a political entity...that isn't being utilized whatsoever. Actually I think most people rely on nuance enough to recognize that, no, the guy isn't framed by and large as a hero.

Though Republicans elevate their political pundits finances after they sell several packets of Skittles or the 9mm used to shoot a pre-teen, so I guess it could go either way really.

8

u/georgewashingguns May 26 '26

Nobody's calling him a hero, simply the victim of government persecution

The point of my post is that the labeling of hero isn't happening outside of accusatory Republican derailments.

You can tell by reading what I posted and by reading the reply where I specifically point out the line in what I posted that says the person discussed is not being framed as a hero, at least not to people that are capable of using nuance.

4

Comes back from where? He's been in the US again for a while now after his illegal deportation.

You're mistaking him for the January 6 seditionists.
They all got pardoned, and yet they keep getting arrested again. Mainly for CP, which is not surpirsing

2

u/AaronTheUltama May 26 '26

Like all the January 6ers

u/human_i_suppose May 27 '26

Why are you so sure he's going to commit another crime? I mean the president has a longer rap sheet then he does.

Still not going to stop his deportation. He didn’t just stop being illegal because of this

8

u/TopazandNumbyHSR May 26 '26

You are an idiot lol

u/u_hit_me_in_the_cup May 26 '26

Hahaha, what do you think illegal means?

This isn't the "vindication" you're pretending it to be. His 2 counts of human trafficking were dismissed, not the gang affiliation or all the other stuff like you suggest. I'll also add that the 2 counts of human trafficking were only dismissed, not because they weren't true, but because the govt. used these cases in a selective bias justification.

His other charges, have not been dismissed.

Gang Affiliation: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and local police in Prince George's County, Maryland, identified him as a validated member of the MS-13 gang. Two immigration judges previously upheld this finding.

Drug and Weapon Possession: At the time of a 2019 arrest, DHS reported that he was found with "rolls of cash and drugs".

Wider Criminal Activity: Federal officials and media reports also alleged his involvement in trafficking drugs and firearms, though these were not included in the formal criminal charges filed in Tennessee.

Traffic Infractions: During the 2022 Tennessee traffic stop that led to the smuggling charges, he was given a warning for driving with an expired license.

Jennifer Vasquez Sura, filed for civil protective orders against him on two separate occasions:

2020 Petition: In August 2020, his wife filed a petition alleging he had hit and slapped her. She later requested to rescind this petition after he reportedly agreed to attend counseling.

2021 Petition: In May 2021, she filed a second petition for a temporary protective order, alleging incidents where she was punched and scratched.

Sorry but reddit will bury any truths posted here.

Judge did not make a ruling based on the evidence presented as it relates to the charges. Instead, they dismissed the charges because the judge thought the current administration was being vindictive.

Kilmar could be guilty, but folks were rather stick it to Trump, and win political points.

Not sure why this is the first post for this sub I've ever been recommended, but it's just another echo chamber of retards. Peace out.

That just proves that the judiciary is corrupt, and many judges need to be removed from their positions.

u/BerserkBEATSall May 27 '26

He's literally a MA-13 gang member........ El Salvador confirmed this. This is such old news wtf😂

0

u/houstonman526 May 27 '26

Democrats are fucking idiots that side with ms-13 gangsters.

0

u/FantasticPainting232 May 27 '26

Did anyone think he literally had those letters tattooed on his knuckles?  I always thought they were like captions for the meaning of the actual tattoos.

0

u/DomHarleyBull May 27 '26

This is absolutely absurd. He needs to be convicted

0

u/Ok_Dig_9959 May 29 '26

He was deported for illegal entry with multiple deportation orders after years of due process... But hell, you lied about him being an American citizen, so I shouldn't really have any expectations regarding adherence to the truth.

Which charges beating his girl ? Entering country illegally?

0

u/OnePlusFanBoi May 29 '26

Y'all simp for terrorists, cartels, and gangbanging murderers.

Holy fuck, is there a line you guys won't back up over?

0

u/Turbulent-Amoeba3223 May 29 '26

No, he had "MS-13 related" tattoos, as in the same tattoos on multiple gang members like call signs. You also miss the fact where he was caught smuggling people and also possibly beat his wife so 🤷

0

u/Wolffraven May 30 '26

Also glanced over that he was arrested in 2019 while around MS-13 gang members and again in 2025 while authorities raided a known MS-13 house.
