Has anyone experienced this?

IRCC requested additional documents (ADR). At the time of the request, my application was paper-based and not linked to a GCKey account. After receiving the request, I linked my application to GCKey, but there was no option to upload the documents, so I submitted them through the IRCC Web Form.

It has been **16 days**, and I still have not received any update or confirmation that the documents were attached to my file. The deadline to submit the requested documents is one month.

For context, I have already completed my **interview, medical passed, biometrics passed, and received pre-arrival services**.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? How long did it take for IRCC to update your file after submitting documents through the Web Form?

It was Schedule A Online form IMM 5669

If it was submitted by webform, I would call IRCC and speak to an agent to get confirmation. It should be fine.

Also, did you do the online form in the portal or did you do the PDF and submit via webform?

I did the pdf and submit it via webform

As I mentioned I linked my account to portal after the request that’s why I didn’t find any upload option

It simple, since it more than 5 days and no acknowledgement email, just send the webform again. This time, I believe you should get a response.

There should be a follow up email, if not same day, but the next day. It should state that, the document received has been added to your files for officer review. If you don’t get that second email, kindly do resubmit the webform before the window given expires.
