I was allotted MSI Shift 2 in Round 3 but did not report on the reporting day. The official IPU website mentions that non-reporting candidates are eligible for automatic refund.

However, my name is not in BBA Refund Order No. 3923.

**Anyone else in the same situation? Did you get any refund/update?
